Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and certain intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
